ABOUT THE ROLE We’re seeking an Assistant Project Manager ready to positively impact a complex construction project. APMs are expected to maintain exceptional working partnerships with vendors and subcontractors and assist in the review and tracking of project activities, including change orders, submittals, tracking logs, and related project documents. ABOUT YOU You bring innovative and entrepreneurial thinking to a project with prior experience supervising and/or providing guidance to others. You possess technical knowledge and communication skills, which are vital to an Assistant Project Manager’s success. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Any combination of education and experience that, in the sole judgment and discretion of Company, would likely provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities as well as possession of any required licenses or certifications may qualify.
Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Business, Engineering, or similar preferred. Licensure/Certifications: None required. Experience: Three (3) or more years of experience specifically as a Project Engineer in electrical construction, or MEP experience in general contracting. Minimum five (5)+ years of related experience, including some time managing smaller projects. Driving Record: Valid state-issued driver’s license and satisfactory driving record. *Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States. This position is not eligible for sponsorship.
