The ability to provide both excellent telephone and people skills is key. You must be able to provide outstanding customer service by being conversational and utilizing active listening skills to answer inquiries and questions, place orders, handle complaints, as well as a variety of other tasks. Proficiency in basic computer and keyboarding skills are required, as well as the ability to navigate multiple computer databases and multiple screens. Individuals must be able to work between the hours of 9:00 am and 6:00 pm. This program typically works Monday-Friday and includes an hour lunch. This is not a work from home position.
