Experience in Digital Marketing, Sales, Business Management, Finance or equivalent. Minimum 5 years of experience in E-Commerce or similar. Experience in driving output within set scope and following up results. Experience of working in an IKEA store or other retailer. Experience of digital business and sell steering in an Omni channel/multichannel environment.

What you'll be doing day to day: As the E-Commerce Product Specialist, contributing to maximizing the sales growth and profitability, you will: Act as a member of the E-commerce team contributing to delivering the common objectives and goals. Responsible for securing that the agreed product range is visible and buyable on the IKEA online channels. Contribute to defining forecast for sales and activity needs with the larger Commercial team. Maximize the online sales and sales margin of the product range in collaboration with Selling. Continuously monitor sales margin data, collaborate with logistics, stores, and Sales Leaders to determine sales strategies, and identify content requirements. Prepare for offering the best shopping experience for digital sales and commercial activities by contributing insight and ideas. Contribute insights to key stakeholders in the market and the global matrix on how to improve the multichannel customer experience. Contribute to optimizing the product range by collaborating with Sales Leaders and engaging with stakeholders to ensure accurate product fulfillment and forecasting. Administer product range changes. Be an active player in driving an open and sharing climate, being a role model of the IKEA values, and contribute to the transformation of IKEA.
