Job Description
Weston & Sampson is seeking a proactive Product Manager with experience in business applications to join our Applied Technology Group (ATG). This position is open to any Weston & Sampson office in New England. This role is dedicated to understanding the needs of internal stakeholders across engineering, field operations, and construction teams, translating those needs into clear, actionable requirements for technology initiatives. The ideal candidate excels in relationship-building, has a deep understanding of AEC workflows, and is passionate about enhancing collaboration between teams to ensure our technology solutions align with real-world challenges. What you’ll do: Act as the primary liaison between the Applied Technology Group and internal clients, aligning priorities with technology roadmaps. Develop strong relationships to understand workflows, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. Facilitate regular discovery sessions, interviews, and workshops to gather requirements. Present recommendations to leadership, ensuring stakeholder input is valued and reflected. Translate stakeholder feedback into detailed, actionable requirement documents. Collaborate with developers, analysts, and vendors to design and deliver impactful tools and platforms. Oversee the product lifecycle, ensuring adherence to budget, timelines, and quality standards. Conduct user testing, gather feedback, and implement improvements to maximize product impact and ROI. Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to measure success and identify improvement areas. Stay informed on emerging AEC technologies, sharing insights to inspire innovation and future opportunities. Develop training materials and support resources to enhance user adoption and value realization. What you will bring: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Technology Management, or a related field. 5+ years in product management, business analysis, or a similar role focused on client engagement and technology adoption. Alternate qualifications or significant relevant experience in AEC or technology-driven industries welcomed as an alternative qualification. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical audiences. Proven analytical mindset with a history of solving complex problems. Demonstrated leadership skills, including team coordination and decision-making. Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience with tools like Jira or Trello. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities effectively. Familiarity with AEC workflows, tools, and trends (e.g., BIM, GIS, Revit, AutoCAD, Procore). Experience in advanced analytics, cloud computing, API integration, cybersecurity, or user experience design is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
