What You’ll Do As Office Manager , you’ll play a key role in supporting daily operations through performance of administrative tasks and overseeing the reception area to ensure that guests receive the highest standard of service. The Office Manager is also responsible for the retail operation of the FPSI Store. You’ll have the chance to: Manage the day-to-day operation of the Florida Public Safety Institute Store and Website. Prepare purchase orders and complete invoice reconciliation on accounts. Supervise front desk reception staff to ensure coverage and excellent service.
Who We’re Looking For We’re seeking a candidate who brings not only technical expertise but also a passion for education and student success. Our ideal candidate will have: Four years of experience in administrative support, point of sales systems, retail, or inventory systems required. An associate's degree may substitute for two years of experience. Additional education may substitute for the required experience.
