Job Summary : As a Call Center Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing high-quality support and resolving issues via phone, email, and chat. Your role is essential in maintaining customer satisfaction, ensuring a positive experience, and contributing to the overall success of the team. Key Responsibilities : Answer inbound customer calls and handle inquiries in a professional and friendly manner. Provide product and service information to customers. Document interactions and maintain detailed records in the customer service management system. Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and satisfaction is met. Handle a high volume of calls and maintain a positive attitude under pressure. Meet or exceed key performance metrics such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and first-call resolution. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and customer service standards. Stay updated on company products, services, and promotions.
Qualifications : High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred). Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
