Role Overview We’re seeking an A-Player Marketing Manager with the drive and expertise to build our marketing function from 0 to 1 . As a “Super IC” (Individual Contributor), you will be hands-on in shaping LettrLabs’ digital presence, orchestrating impactful trade show experiences, and creating inbound systems that power our funnel. You’ll work cross-functionally with leadership, sales, and product teams to ensure every marketing initiative is data-driven, creative, and results-oriented. Key Responsibilities
Digital Presence & Branding Optimize LettrLabs’ website for maximum conversion and seamless user journeys Drive qualified traffic through SEO best practices, paid social, and paid search Maintain a consistent and compelling brand voice across all channels
Trade Show Strategy & Execution Plan, organize, and execute trade shows and events that stand out Develop creative booth experiences and pre-/post-show campaigns Nurture new contacts to ensure they’re ready for sales engagement
Inbound Systems & Automation Manage HubSpot for lead nurturing and marketing automation Implement email workflows, drip campaigns, and data enrichment tactics (e.g., Clay) Experiment with growth motions that leverage omni-channel outreach and lead enrichment
Content & Storytelling Craft compelling customer stories, case studies, and social media content Execute a content calendar that highlights LettrLabs’ unique value proposition Measure and optimize content performance to drive engagement and leads
Performance Measurement & Optimization Track key metrics, report on campaign results, and iterate quickly Identify growth opportunities, test new marketing channels, and refine processes
Qualifications
3+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience (experience with e-commerce and/or home services is a plus) Proven track record of building marketing functions from 0 to 1 Hands-on expertise with HubSpot , Zapier , paid social ad platforms , and paid search ad platforms
SEO knowledge and the ability to drive organic growth (preferred) Storytelling prowess—capable of creating compelling narratives for customers and partners Highly detail-oriented , data-driven, and committed to continuous improvement Experience experimenting with lead enrichment tools like Clay (preferred) Self-starter with exceptional time-management and collaboration skills
