KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead all data collection and analytics efforts across all Marketing programs including D2C Sales, digital Brand Advertising, and Social Media
Work directly with Marketing, IT, Consumer Services, Sales Analysts, and external vendors to profitably grow topline sales of the D2C Sauder.com website, optimize performance of the Sauder brand digital advertising programs, with specific focus on D2C Sauder.com performance, and optimize performance and topline sales of D2C Marketplaces
Research, analyze and make recommendations on vendors and capabilities to support brand digital advertising and D2C sales in all channels
Track D2C Sauder.com performance against benchmarks, using the appropriate tools (usability testing, click reports and heat maps, etc.) and methodologies
Analyze data to better understand D2C Sauder.com user behavior, user flows, customer personas, lifetime value, conversion improvement and upsell opportunities
Make recommendations to improve the user experience including content, navigation, path-to-purchase and offered services
Develop and maintain profitability tracking, and recommend optimizations
Recommend, execute and evaluate A/B tests to validate programs that improve the user experience and support the business needs
Analyze VOC inputs including social contacts, product reviews and customer service inputs and make recommendations on product, service and content opportunities/improvements
Make relevant recommendations to Merchandising & Design team based on D2C learnings to help optimize product assortment
Proficient at Data Analysis, Reporting and Presentation
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university; Associate’s degree PLUS Minimum of 2-4 years experience; Minimum of 5-7 years experience; Combination of education and experience.
Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and D2C sales
Strong track record of managing multiple projects with aggressive deadlines
Good understanding of Sales, profitability and cost model
Proficient knowledge in: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, Data Studio
Knowledge of email marketing platforms, customer databases, A/B testing, and data analysis
Web merchandising, traffic analysis with using tool(s) for BI
PAY SUMMARY
Expected offer: $57,000 - $76,000/year. The actual salary will be based on factors such as relevant experience and skills. The max salary listed is not the top of the salary band.
