Associate Business Analyst
Job Description
Posted Friday, November 8, 2024 at 6:00 AM SUMMARY The Associate Business Analyst will primarily support the administration of the technology solution for mutual fund financial reporting and performance reporting. Additionally, this role will support the financial administration team with reporting and operational activities for mutual funds, ETFs, and other investment products serviced by Ultimus Fund Solutions. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Assists with development of workflows, processes, and procedures around technology solution to improve operational efficiency and quality of service. Creates and maintains financial templates, workbooks, tailored shareholder reports and publishing output. Reviews final output for data accuracy and formatting. Assists financial administration team with troubleshooting and reporting production. Interaction with members of project team and financial administration teams regarding follow-up on inquiries, open workflow, etc. Completes off-schedule projects and ad hoc reporting when needed.
WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
Contact as needed with clients regarding general information, resolution of issues, inquiries, or reporting requirements. Contact with members of team and internal teams regarding follow-up on inquiries, open workflow, etc.
May perform other duties as required and assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, business, or related field. Prior accounting or finance experience. Relevant experience within the financial services industry.
KNOWLEDGE
Financial instruments, including stocks, bonds, options, and foreign securities and derivatives. Microsoft Office Suite. Adobe Acrobat.
