Seeking Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner near Salem, OR Join a diverse healthcare community with 11 clinics and 8 specialties. Responsibilities: Collaborate with medical professionals in a fast-paced family practice environment. Contribute as a member of the care team. Participate in interdisciplinary case consultations, collaborate with community partners, and coordinate with external specialists. Address common primary care concerns such as depression, anxiety, insomnia, diabetes, obesity, smoking cessation, ADHD, and parent education. Work within a closed system where referrals come from PCPs within the hospital and clinics system for coordinated care. Qualifications: Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with Board Certification. Master’s in nursing with active prescriptive authority. Oregon professional license and willingness to relocate to Oregon. Ability to work independently and proactively. Strong communication skills for collaboration with care teams, patients, and families. Ability to multitask and adapt in a busy, fast-paced environment. Proficiency with electronic medical records, including documentation skills. Ability to pass a background check and be up-to-date on vaccinations. Bilingual skills are preferred.
