With innovative products and reliable technology, we provide industrial radiator and heat exchange repair services to the mining, transport, construction, agricultural and general industry business sectors. The Opportunity We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Administration Assistant to join our Cooling Division in Rutherford. This full-time, permanent role will support the busy and growing team with general administration tasks as well as assisting with quoting, planning, scheduling and customer relationship management. This position would suit a candidate with good all-round administration skills, with a high level of computer literacy and is seeking a new growth opportunity. Duties & Responsibilities

General administration tasks to assist the branch. Assisting in producing estimates, quotes and proposals for new and existing customers. Assisting in generating quotes for parts orders as well as job reports. Point of contact for customer queries and requests. Liaise with internal and external clients and suppliers on project statuses and project updates.

About You To be considered for this position you will ideally have: Previous experience in a similar role, and keen to grow into a new role. Previous experience working in mining/manufacturing industry, would be desirable, but is not essential. Great data entry skills and attention to detail. Previous experience using Pronto would be an advantage but is not essential. Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
