CCBT focuses on the evidence-based practices of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). Our staff consistently learn and evolve to incorporate the latest science and techniques, and our leadership are sought after experts in therapeutic psychology and mental health. CCBT offers a collaborative work environment with opportunities for professional growth and consultation with other therapists of diverse specialties and backgrounds. As a Licensed Psychologist , you will treat a wide variety of presenting concerns that reflect the needs of children, adolescents, and adults from diverse populations within our community. You will provide patients with behavioral and mental health treatments, including assessments and individual therapy. This is a 1.0 FTE position that offers the ability to flex your schedule to meet your needs and the needs of the client. The position is based out of our center at 4624 Sawmill Road in Columbus . Candidates must reside within commuting distance of this location. Opportunities to occasionally work from home doing telehealth sessions may be considered. This is a salaried position with quarterly bonus potential. Primary Responsibilities:
Form therapeutic relationships with clients based on empathy, understanding, and collaboration Conduct outpatient psychological evaluations, screenings, and assessments for common mental health concerns Identify client diagnoses and appropriate interventions Provide evidence-based treatments such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) Approach treatment through a trauma-informed lens and offer trauma-specific treatments, i.e., EMDR, CPT Provide therapy and assessment for clients with neurodiverse backgrounds Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records (Athena) and clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements Participate in collaborative staff and case consultation meetings
