Job Description
Job Description Reliance Bank Universal Banker will provide superior service to all retail customers. This includes opening depository accounts, cross-selling additional retail products, addressing customer service-related questions for consumer retail accounts (in person, by telephone, and electronically), providing safe deposit box services, and making possible outside sales calls and customer visits. Essential Duties and/or Responsibilities
Opening of accounts, including checking, savings, IRAs, Certificates of Deposit, Credit Cards, and other consumer products Support for all consumer electronic banking services Sale/opening of the Bank’s Internet products, debit cards, and e-statements All safe deposit box services from opening to servicing Cross-selling of all bank products to new and existing customers Education & Experience Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Interpersonal skills to work with all customers and coworkers Technology aptitude Money handling and balancing skills
Desired Experience
