Land-Grant Brewing Company a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in executing marketing campaigns, coordinating events, creating content, and analyzing the performance of our initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to adapt quickly to new projects and tasks. This role isa full-time salaried position with benefits (exempt).This position will have both quarterly and annual reviews with opportunities for growth and development. Responsibilities
Content Creation: Develop, produce, and edit dynamic content for social media channels, especially focusing on Instagram Reels and TikTok. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with brand voice and campaign goals. Social Media Management: Assist in managing social media accounts by creating, scheduling, and posting content, engaging with followers, and monitoring social media trends to keep our platforms relevant and engaging. Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect and analyze data from marketing campaigns to provide insights on performance and suggest improvements. Prepare reports to track metrics, including ROI and customer engagement. Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitive analysis, and customer insights to help inform marketing strategies and identify opportunities for growth. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (such as sales and taproom operations) to ensure alignment on marketing efforts. Coordinate with external partners and vendors as needed. Campaign Support: Assist in the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing. Content Management: Help manage the content calendar and coordinate content creation (social media posts, email newsletters, etc.), ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all channels. Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of internal and external events and promotional activities. Manage logistics, coordinate with vendors, and ensure successful event delivery.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role or internship Must be 21 years of age or older. Proficiency with social media platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok, with a keen understanding of what content performs best on each. Experience with video editing tools (such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or mobile apps like InShot or CapCut). Graphic design experience with tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva is a plus. Flexibility to work events outside of typical working hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed. Advanced problem solving Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Position Details
