We are a locally owned and operated staffing agency that has been operating exclusively in WNY for 15+ years. Our team consists of experienced staffing specialists that have a passion for matching quality candidates with top area employers. An open, updated office located in Williamsville NY Ample, free parking Full Kitchen and private bathrooms A commitment to providing our recruiters with modern recruiting technology No mandatory work outside of normal office hours Your Responsibilities: Assist in temporary, contract, temp-hire and direct hire placements Perform a comprehensive screening process to qualify candidates by their skill level, education, computer testing, soft skills and experience Perform pre-employment screening such as education verifications, references and background checks Perform resume sourcing on various job boards to match candidates to potential positions Complete new hire paperwork, e-verify new employees, complete wage forms Provide counseling on performance or attendance issues Create weekly job ads and post new employment opportunities online Maintain and create new client relationships Job Requirements Professional Experience/ Qualifications: Successful Recruiters will have 2-3 years of agency recruiting experience and are eager to work in a metrics-driven environment. Additionally, we are looking for individuals with: The ability to build and maintain professional relationships. Business Development. Strong drive and a commitment to producing a high level of work efficiently. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to adapt to new processes and effectively deal with change and ambiguity. Skills: Strong MS Office Skills Experience with an Applicant Tracking System highly preferred Outgoing and friendly with the ability to quickly build rapport with job candidates #J-18808-Ljbffr
