Essential Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field, with a Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Colorado. At least 5 years of project management experience in the infrastructure sector, with a focus on local government projects and a proven ability to manage projects successfully in Western Slope terrains. Strong understanding of the political, funding, and operational structures of local governments in Colorado’s Western Slope towns. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish trust with diverse stakeholders, along with experience in preparing and managing proposals, budgets, schedules, and contracts.
