Full-time employees will then receive a retention bonus of $500.00 after their 120th day of employment. Part-time employees will receive a retention bonus of $200.00 after their 120th day of employment! Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent. Ability to participate in and pass the Medication Administration Course. General Requirements For All Positions Responsible for daily review, update, and completion of assignments as outlined in work management platforms and departmental software. Reflects culture and behavior that exemplifies the organization’s mission, vision, and core values. Personal accountability to self, team, and leadership. Reporting of incidents timely to incident hotline and complete required reports on electronic platforms. Staying abreast of established policies, procedures, and regulations. Utilize existing informational systems to obtain information. Follow chain of command and on-call procedures. Commitment to self-development and completion of required ongoing training requirements. Key Duties The following duties are the primary duties associated with this position; however, this position does require additional tasks as assigned that are necessary and appropriate to enhance and normalize the lives of individuals: Perform personal care needs as scheduled or needed. Follow transfers for personal care as outlined in individual person-centered plans. Follow infection control while providing personal care such as cleaning, handwashing, and universal precautions. Maintain and follow current knowledge of dietary, behavior plans, wheelchair lockdown systems, transfers, and individual-specific training. Maintain current knowledge of CAC Standard of Practices. Maintain current documentation of programming and personal needs of the individuals. Maintain a quarterly audit score of 85% or higher. Check and accept Brittco messages daily. Assist in transporting individuals such as loading/unloading vehicles, driving vehicles, and walking to and from individuals’ homes. Assist in the implementation of leisure and social activities for the individuals of the facility if needed. Pay Range: $13.50/hour; additional $0.25/year of experience (Maximum two years) Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 3:30pm Stay In Touch!
