Fort HealthCare has an immediate opening for a Patient Services Representative. This position is the first contact visitors have with Fort Healthcare. Excellent customer service is needed to handle a variety of situations promptly and efficiently. Shift: Occasional part time Responsibilities include: Greets all visitors to Fort Healthcare with a smile Provides additional hospitality as needed including helping to call for rides, providing directions and assisting Partners Assists visitors with their needs, including class registration, walking program, and patient room access/directions Maintain and updates Clergy directory as necessary Maintain Lost and Found. Contact owners to recover found items Provides backup coverage support to Switchboard Promotes seamless care to the patient by communicating effectively the RESPECT values with staff, patients and providers Requirements: High School Diploma or GED One year of customer service required. Possess excellent customer service skills and ability to use Windows programs.
