MHS is hiring married couples to become flex houseparents. Flex houseparents are couples who reside in on-campus student homes, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students. Flex houseparents provide a consistent family-like structure for students and handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc. When initially hired, flex houseparents cover different student homes before being assigned to one specific home. Job Requirements:

Perform all levels of preventative maintenance services. Inspect brake systems, steering mechanisms, wheel bearings, and other important parts to ensure proper working condition. Perform routine maintenance. Repair and troubleshoot major components such as engine, transmission, and differentials.

Skills and Abilities Needed:

Ability to safely drive service vehicles and vehicles in and out of the service area and perform test drives. In-depth knowledge of truck components and systems. Good mechanical aptitude for vehicle maintenance and repair. Must possess necessary tools to perform assigned tasks.

Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years of age. Legally eligible to work in the United States. Must successfully complete pre-employment testing. Must be able to read and speak the English language.
