In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine to complex surface preparation, selecting appropriate paint materials, and using various application techniques to achieve a high-quality finish. You will remove old finishes and prep surfaces for interior and/or exterior painting, apply coats of primer, paint, varnish, stain, enamel, or lacquer to decorate and protect interior or exterior surfaces, trimmings, and fixtures of buildings, other structures, and/or equipment. Additionally, you will assist with ordering paint materials, estimating the amount of paint needed, and coordinating schedules with other phases of work.
