Job Responsibilities Performs data entry, and prepares standard reports & spreadsheets. Collects, organizes, records, and files information. Other duties as assigned. Other Skills & Abilities Ability to operate standard office equipment including fax, copier, personal computer, scanners, etc. Ability to comprehend written and verbal instructions. Organized and detail-oriented. Good computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Communication and client service skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, hands-on environment. Physical Requirements Talking, hearing and using hands to operate computer equipment. Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. Job may require extended sitting or standing, use of standard office equipment. Education & Experience High School Diploma or GED is required. Two or more years clerical experience. Knowledge and experience in the logistics industry is a plus.
