Conduct on-going coaching sessions at counter in order to reinforce classroom teaching and to assist in observing and adapting trainings to meet evolving consumer needs Provide regular consumer insight and let Training manager to localize the programs to ensure that selling techniques and service ritual are adapted to travel retail / wholesale environment Conduct brand and seasonal training and briefing for generic staffs Assist in providing information resource and feedback to the team
Job Requirements
At least 5 years training experience preferably in the Luxury Goods industry Ability to manage the full training cycle, including conducting in-person activities and using e-learning platforms Excellent presentation skills Understanding of effective sales techniques and customer service Good communication skills & coordination skills with internal and external parties #J-18808-Ljbffr
