He/she will be the first point of contact with visitors, customers, and vendors. This position will be responsible for answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate associate. This position will also help assist with general HR duties as needed. What You'll Do Duties:
Maintain & Organize office common areas Order & Maintain office supplies Answer and Screen phone calls Help with social media Assist in streamlining the accounts payable process Support accounting team as needed Assist with HR duties Assist in tracking and reporting vendor payments Other administrative and clerical work for accounting/HR departments. What You'll Bring Qualifications:
Excellent Communication skills both verbal and written Basic understanding of office procedures Social media experience is a plus Strong organizational skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision 1-2 years clerical or related experience
Working Conditions: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment. This is an hourly full-time position, expected to work 40 hours per week. This position requires many hours of sitting and using a computer. Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. *Pay is based on Experience and Qualifications.
