Job Skills/Requirements: Must have previous Leadership experience. Position Details: Site-Supervisor Part-time Night Start Time: 8:00 PM Hours: 4 hours per Night (with additional hours when needed) Schedule: Monday through Friday Compensation: $16.00 per hour (with advancement up to $19.00) Please Note: The Screening/Hiring Process will move fast, please respond promptly. Check your spam folder for any missed messages. Responsibilities: Actively participate in cleaning tasks to maintain high standards. Train and mentor new employees on cleaning procedures and company policies. Supervise and support cleaning staff to ensure efficiently all tasks are completed to the highest standards. Conduct quality checks on completed work and address any deficiencies. Monitor supply levels and ensure proper use of cleaning equipment and products. Communicate with team members and management regarding site needs and issues. Address and resolve any on-site challenges promptly. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and cleaning protocols.

Qualifications: Must have prior Leadership or Supervisory experience. Experience in Commercial Cleaning or Janitorial Services is a plus. Must possess a valid driver's license. Ability to pass a comprehensive background check(s). Strong leadership and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards. Must be dependable, honest, and trustworthy. Must have reliable transportation. Must not have any Criminal or Felony History.

Benefits: Starting pay at $16.00 per hour, with opportunities for advancement up to $19.00 per hour. Opportunity for additional hours as needed. Supportive and collaborative work environment. Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $16.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 4 per week
