Warehouse Associate / Freight Handler / Unloader Job Summary: We are seeking a team of 30 dedicated Warehouse Associate / Freight Handler / Unloader to join our team! The primary responsibility of this role is to efficiently and accurately unload freight, sort and stack materials, and prepare products for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You must live local to Groveport; this is not a travel team position. 1st shift and 2nd shift available - 5 days a week, 8 hours a day; operation will run 7 days a week, so expect to work 1 weekend day. Pay: Pay is based on production. While you'd never earn less than $18, we expect the average associate to be earning $20 - $22/hour based on productivity. DailyPay available! Payroll is bi-weekly, but we've partnered with DailyPay to allow access to funds immediately after the shift is complete. $200 referral bonus. Qualifications:
Previous experience in a warehouse or freight handling role is preferred. Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding role. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures and guidelines.
Responsibilities:
Unload incoming shipments and ensure the accurate sorting and stacking of materials. Prepare products for shipment by packing, labeling, and organizing merchandise. Assist in inventory management and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels. Follow all company policies and procedures regarding safety, security, and quality control. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to facilitate efficient warehouse operations.
