Responsibilities include performing a variety of grounds maintenance work, which may include but is not limited to: Cultivating, pruning, spraying, and trimming trees and shrubbery. Cutting grass and weeds using hand tools and lawn mowers. Trimming hedges and raking leaves. Checking the working condition of equipment, providing routine service and maintenance. Occasionally operating light motor vehicles, such as automobiles and small trucks. Removing snow, salting, and sanding driveways and sidewalks.
