After completing team member certification, you will be eligible for a $0.50-an-hour pay increase. Team Members can also earn commissions on wash club membership sales. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: As a Team Member, you will focus on providing exceptional customer service and sales efforts by engaging potential customers and presenting monthly unlimited car wash packages and upselling products to existing customers. Your workday will also consist of, but not be limited to: Educating our customers on the benefits of our Unlimited Wash Club. Greeting and exceeding customer expectations through long-lasting first impressions. Actively engaging with customers pre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction. Maintaining quality assurance through accurate Quality Control checks. Complying with all safety protocols and standard operating procedures. Properly addressing all customer escalations in a calm and collected manner. Understanding and operating basic functional retail equipment (computer, POS, etc.). Pitching our memberships when interacting with new customers. Learning wash process and equipment to expand the knowledge base. Furthering growth through educational/training opportunities. Performing other related duties as required and assigned.

Job Requirements:

High school diploma or an equivalent certificate, or currently enrolled. Ability to work flexible hours including weekends. Previous sales and customer service experience. Be present in the moment with a positive attitude. Communicate effectively and professionally both with customers and fellow team members. Present a professional image according to appearance guidelines.

Work Environment and Physical Demands:

Required to stand and move throughout the site for the entire shift. Ability to work on your feet for an entire shift in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work outside in all weather conditions. Ability to lift 25lbs.
