The program supports families who have adopted children or youth from the foster care system and are facing challenges related to the child’s or youth’s behavior and mental health. The Wraparound Facilitator oversees wraparound services for up to five families, including initiating engagement, forming teams, developing safety and care plans with a strength-based approach. The Facilitator leads with wraparound values, demonstrates interpersonal skills, understands public service systems, builds strong team connections, respects diverse perspectives for success, and provides direct support consistent with the wraparound plan.
