Help lead field staff in providing quality home care while increasing your office's caseload through long-term relationship building with clients, referral sources, payors, and community organizations. Assist potential clients calling our office for information on Zion Medical LLC's services. Utilize basic computer and telephone skills. Demonstrate patience and understanding to ensure we help our caregivers, clients, and partners. Perform personal care activities that assist the patient with activities of daily living, including (but not limited to): Personal hygiene (assisting to bathroom or in using a bedpan, bathing, care of mouth, shaving, skin, and hair) Ambulation/Transfers Eating Dressing/Shaving Prepare meals and snacks according to instructions. Accompany patients on errands or medical appointments. Perform housekeeping activities, including (but not limited to): vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping floors, doing dishes, changing bed linens, doing laundry, and cleaning bathrooms. Perform patient-specific activities that are taught by a Zion Medical LLC's nurse. Assist with prescribed range of motion exercises. Measure and prepare special diets. #J-18808-Ljbffr
