Become a Customer Service Representative at our Hillburn, NY Location! Transdev is looking for a Customer Service Representative who is responsible for answering questions and fielding customer service calls as needed. Transdev is proud to offer:

Our Customer Service Representatives are responsible for:
Responding to customer inquiries and problems by providing timely and accurate information or directing inquiries to supervisors. Following and explaining policy and procedures as outlined in operations and procedures manuals. Treating each customer/caller with courtesy, dignity, and respect privacy. Meeting or exceeding established performance requirements. Receiving customer inquiries and complaints. Answering questions and providing information about services. Clearly and accurately documenting issues. Remaining knowledgeable of all policies and procedure changes. Adhering to the work schedule in order to handle the call volume and contractual requirements, unless requested by supervisor. Resolving customer inquiries relating to transportation; communicating resolution to customers. All other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
A minimum of High School diploma or GED. Experience working with the elderly or persons with disabilities preferred. Must possess the ability to work with customers and co-workers with diverse ethnic backgrounds and disabilities. Experience using a personal computer is a must. Complete any training requirements. Have proficient English skills both verbally and in written form. Must be organized and focused.
