Description Receptionist We are seeking a motivated and highly skilled individual to provide administrative support, including data management, planning, scheduling, and reporting duties associated with overhead powerline construction projects. The work schedule will typically be Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with the possibility of overtime. Pay: $18.00 an hour Benefits:

Project administration. Ensure deadlines and requirements are met. Data management and data entry associated with internal project management software. Minimum Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age or older. Due to the inherently dangerous nature of the industry and requirements to work with or around hazardous equipment, employees must be able to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time. Proficient in English is required. Excellent overall computing skills required. Business or Office administration related diploma/degree/accreditation preferred. Strong communication skills. Efficient typing ability. Microsoft Office Intermediate to advanced skills (Outlook, Word, and Excel). Time management and Organizational skills. Basic process and flowchart skills. Education & Experience: High School diploma required. 2+ years of related work experience. Pre-Screen: Upon offer, employees may be required to complete and pass a pre-employment drug screen, background, and/or MVR check. License & Certifications: A valid driver's license is required. Physical Requirements:
Rare : (less than 10%): walking, kneeling, squatting, crawling, seeing distant, lifting over 10 lbs. to 50 lbs., depth perception, color vision, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing ladders, climbing stairs, balancing, lifting up to 10 lbs., lifting up to 50 lbs.
