Shift: 12 hour nights 6pm-6am Pay: $22.00/hr plus an extra $2.00/hr as the shift differential to total $24.00/hr Job Description Maintain a supply of replacement parts critical to keep all machines running. Maintain proper levels of make-ready tooling used throughout the facility. Complete documentation on repairs, preventive maintenance, parts requests, and project work to meet site ISO requirements and traceability requirements. Perform cycle counts as required of spare parts and components used in the maintenance function of the operation. Put away inventory and set racking as needed. Assist production or maintenance in troubleshooting machine tooling issues as needed. Will also aid in making sure the correct tooling is available to run at all times. Assist in performing scheduled preventive maintenance on equipment to improve reliability and to reduce unscheduled downtime. Assist in the specification of new parts for equipment to facilitate proper specification and application. Understand purchase order process when needed to procure parts. Follow AIB and ISO guidelines while performing daily functions. Qualifications Must have work background familiar with identifying parts and tooling for machinery. Able to read micrometers, feeler gauges, and other measurement equipment. Must be able to use a computer and be proficient with Microsoft Office programs and able to learn SAP. Use of hand tools, electrical multimeter, and understanding assembly drawings. Hands on approach to work, ability to problem solve, and think outside of the box. Be able to lift 40lbs or team lift as needed. Ability to obtain license and operator power equipment such as forklifts, and scissor lifts. Able to work overtime, weekends, and possible off-shift.
