You will work with a diverse set of products including magazines, grocery items, sunglasses, candy, cosmetics, health & beauty, and many more! Growing sales for Premium clients is the name of the game, and you’ll do it by executing a variety of retail merchandising activities. What’s in it for you?

What will you do?
Locate merchandise in the backroom of stores to place product on the floor. Stock and pack out products to help ensure shoppers find what they need. Front face products to maintain attractive product shelves. Receive marketing materials at home and bring them to the store. Install promotional materials as outlined in instructions. Display set up and maintenance for various products throughout the store. Reset displays based on client needs. Answer questions within Premium’s field technology on your mobile device. Take photos of completed work to demonstrate success. Represent Premium and clients in retail stores within your assigned area.
How will you succeed?
Enjoy working independently while building relationships with store associates. Own your stores and be the face of Premium. Effectively communicate with store associates and Premium team members. Leverage support and share best practices with merchandising teams nationwide. Contact Premium’s Operations Support Center for assistance. Complete work within the provided timeframe. Follow detailed instructions closely. Report your work the same day you complete it.
What tools do you need for the job?
Access to reliable transportation to get to multiple retail locations. A smartphone with data and internet access to report and upload photos.
