Health care company seeking a client services coordinator. Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Services Coordinator who is passionate about client satisfaction and ensuring a seamless experience for our valued clients. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients while overseeing the delivery of services. This role requires someone who knows their clients’ needs intimately and works diligently to ensure their satisfaction with their service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships. Client Needs Assessment: Develop a deep understanding of each client’s requirements, preferences, and goals in order to deliver personalized service. Service Coordination: Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of services by assigned PCA. Quality Control: Monitor service quality and client feedback to ensure expectations are met or exceeded. Address any concerns or issues promptly to maintain client satisfaction. Communication: Proactively communicate with clients to keep them informed about service progress, updates, and any potential challenges. Problem Resolution: Take ownership of client issues or complaints, working quickly to resolve any problems and ensuring the client is completely satisfied with the outcome. Reporting: Track client satisfaction levels, providing regular updates and reports to management. Client Retention: Contribute to client retention strategies by ensuring high levels of satisfaction and identifying opportunities for additional services when appropriate. Process Improvement: Provide feedback and insights to improve internal processes, ensuring that clients receive the best possible service experience.
Qualifications:
Experience in client service, account management, or coordination roles. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously. Problem-solving mindset with a focus on client satisfaction. Ability to work well in a team environment while maintaining a client-focused approach. Detail-oriented, with a passion for delivering high-quality service. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
Preferred Skills:
