Our client is a financial services firm. They seek a Receptionist to join their Manhattan, NY office. Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and forward callers to the appropriate employees Welcome visitors and inform the proper employee of their arrival Oversee conference room schedule, approving and organizing meetings Support executive assistants with arranging meetings and setting up catering Manage the firm’s Seamless account, including arranging the daily lunch selection Brew a pot of coffee every morning and replenish it throughout the day Notify the facilities manager when kitchen supplies need to be replenished Uphold security protocols to control visitor access and note all office guests Ensure the reception area remains clean and materials are in stock Requirements Bachelor’s degree preferred Previous reception experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Organized with keen attention to detail Professional and personal demeanor Results-oriented with a strong work ethic Skilled in MS Office and Canva Bilingual in English and Spanish
