Borregaard USA, Inc. has an opening for a full-time Customer Service Coordinator in its Rothschild, WI administrative office. The Customer Service Coordinator must be accurate in all aspects of the position, with good communication and interpersonal skills. The primary responsibility for this position is receiving, entering, processing, and invoicing orders. This includes paperwork reconciliation associated with orders (freight bills, vendor bills - domestic and export). This position also requires answering customer questions/inquiries and problem resolution related to orders. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and a strong problem solver. 1 - 5 years of customer service experience required. Computer experience in spreadsheets and word processing is beneficial as well as SAP knowledge and strong math skills.
