Job Description
Duties:
Answer and direct all incoming calls to the appropriate department. Keep and provide information regarding University functions to callers. Keep an updated directory of all University staff/faculty. Accept forwarded calls as needed. Perform admissions data and document processing functions. Supervise student workers and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma and experience in customer service and data entry/processing required. Must have excellent communication and technology skills and ability to work as a part of a team.
