Basic clerical duties such as data entry of invoices, purchase orders, and vouchers. Scanning all documents. Filing & copying. Recording payments and other related tasks as required. Working with the general public in a fast-paced environment, possibly with heavy customer service.
Qualifications:
Knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook required. 1 year of office experience. Graduation from High School. Bi-lingual a plus! Some training will be provided. Must have a positive attitude and be able to work independently. Starting Hourly Rate: $18.00 Hours: 20 hours per week, between Monday & Friday – flexible.
