Our average employee has been here for 15 years. We are seeking an “in the office” Customer Service/Technical Support Representative to join our team. We are looking for an experienced representative, who enjoys working with people and has prior experience, but will hire the "right" person. Work hours are 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday. MetaStock is a great place to work! Responsibilities As a member of the MetaStock Support Team, the candidate will: Answer incoming customer queries (phone, chat, and email) Perform general administrative tasks Update/maintain client information Utilize excellent communication skills Demonstrate excellent critical thinking and troubleshooting skills Provide excellent customer service Manage and perform additional projects and tasks as needed Qualifications Knowledge of Windows Operating System is required. Understanding of financial markets is preferred.
