We're looking for a Product Designer II to join the Caregiver Experience team to build innovative solutions for mental healthcare providers that enhance care delivery, reduce administrative burdens, and drive clinical improvements. Your work will empower providers to deliver Precision Mental Health and achieve their business and clients' goals. Joining a cross-functional outcome-focused product team, you'll directly impact clinical outcomes and provider network utilization. Design solutions to test hypotheses and gain signals for further improvements. What success looks like in this role: Increase provider network utilization Increase collections Decrease operating costs What we expect from you You've worked for 3-4 years in product design capacity at a technology-driven organization with product managers, data scientists, and engineers, contributing to and leading the design of product experiences with a metrics-driven approach to design.
