In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are addressed efficiently and professionally. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and has excellent communication skills. Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person. Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies. Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary. Maintain and update customer records in the system. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Assist with administrative tasks related to customer support.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus). Proven experience in customer service or a related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
