We are hiring Production Operators to join our team! Openings are in our finishing, molding or melting department(s). Operators in these departments run various machines and/or equipment to produce ductile iron castings. These positions ensure continuous operation of the related production area to safely meet production and quality requirements. Ensure all procedures are being followed as written. Assist in the training of new machine operators and complete required reports to help monitor continuous improvement. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Include:
Operate machines or equipment to produce iron castings (70%) Perform production quality checks (15%) Maintain a clean work environment (10%) Complete documentation requirements (5%) May be required to have or obtain training in particular materials, products, equipment or quality methods Maintain a clean working environment, housekeeping, and follow 5-S cleaning and organizing Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
