What You'll Do:
Set up and operate production equipment in accordance with current good manufacturing practices and standard operating procedures. Plan and lay out work to meet production and schedule requirements. Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to customer specifications. Use forklift to load/unload material from trucks as required. Maintain inventory of job materials. Troubleshoot problems with equipment, devices, or products. Monitor and adjust production processes or equipment for quality and productivity. Requirements
Education: High School Diploma/GED Experience: 2+ years of experience in manufacturing Certification(s): Forklift Experience/Certification Functional Skills: The ideal candidate will have manufacturing experience, a high degree of mechanical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to succeed. Technology Aptitude/Skills: Mechanical and mathematical aptitude; ability to utilize standard hand tools (hand drill, tape measure, screwdriver, etc.) Language Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to educate/train others. Leadership/Behaviors: Strong customer-focus, with the ability to listen, motivate, and influence others to action; high integrity and compliance mindset. Culture Match Behaviors: Entrepreneurial spirit, who is collaborative, trusting of others, has strong work ethic, and can work well independently or with others in a fast-paced environment.
