Avail Location: 419 Paradis Rd, Route 1A, Swampscott, MA 01915 What You'll Do Conduct patient-centric and thorough history taking and physical examinations Craft patient-centric, evidence-based workups and treatment plans Treat adult patients (no pediatrics) Interpret x-rays, lab results and EKGs with supervising physician Triage and manage patient flow efficiently to minimize wait times Review and manage daily tasks, including patient callbacks regarding lab results, with assistance from our Central Support team Provide oversight and lead day-to-day operations for your team of medical assistants and support staff Consult supervising physician based on scope of practice and patient needs Manage a panel of patients towards evidence-based, quality targets About You Medical/Master’s degree and certification PA - Valid Massachusetts license to practice as a Physician Assistant and current national certification - OR - Valid Massachusetts license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner and current national certification Current, unrestricted medical license to practice in the state of Massachusetts Maintain a controlled substance license along with an unrestricted Massachusetts DEA license Ability to consult and treat patients of all ages Experience in primary care or similar setting (minimum 1 year) Maintain confidentiality and impartiality at all times No direct/indirect agency solicitations please. SUMMARY: Resident Care Associate shall provide for the needs of the elders, including personal care, therapeutic programming, safety and emotional support in a manner that supports the dignity, independence, choice and individuality of each resident. The duties of Resident Care Associate include delivery of services as written on the approved service plan for each Resident. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Promote the mission and core values of the Residence and LCB Senior Living to residents, visitors, co-workers and the surrounding community. 2. Have an active role in growing community occupancy by representing and interacting positively with potential residents, family members and professionals. 3. Complete the community's and any State orientation training program. 4. Assist residents with medications according to State Regulation and LCB Policies, making the required record entries at appropriate times, and notifying the nurse concerning self-administered medications (as specified by state regulations). 5. Actively engage residents in meaningful interactions and experiences, providing assistance, encouragement, and restorative interventions for activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, dining, and mobility. 6. Monitor for changes in resident needs, preferences and health status. Report/document any noticed changes to the RN or designee. 7. Assist residents with clothing and laundry needs as per the service plan. 8. Assist residents in going to bed at night, when necessary. 9. Help residents keep their units neat, clean and orderly. 10. Answer emergency calls and attend to residents' needs promptly. 11. Participate in ongoing in-service training programs and specialized staff training as requested. 12. Assist with escorting residents to meals and engagement as needed or directed. 13. Document both scheduled and unscheduled services provided, including incidents and refusals of services. 14. Conduct and facilitate programming that offers cognitive stimulation, socialization, physical activity and spiritual connection. 15. Other duties as requested. QUALIFICATION STANDARDS: a. Ability to use computer for documenting services provided. Fluent in the ability to communicate in the English language, both oral and written. b. Must have completed the course for certified nursing assistant or have equivalent training or experience as required by State Regulation, and CPR and First Aid training as mandated by the State employed. c. Prior experience providing direct care or the equivalent in training preferred. Experience in caring for seniors with Alzheimer's disease or other forms of Dementia is preferred. d.
