Responsibilities: As an Operating Room Nurse at NOVA Surgery Center, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care throughout various stages of surgery. Your responsibilities will include: Preoperative Care:

Conducting preoperative phone checks to gather necessary patient information.

Ensuring patients are prepared for surgery, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.

Assisting with the implementation of preoperative protocols and ensuring patient safety.

Circulating and Scrubbing:

Providing assistance to the surgical team by circulating during procedures.

Preparing the operating room by ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are available.

Assisting with surgical procedures by scrubbing in and maintaining a sterile environment.

Qualifications:

Registered Nurse (RN) degree from an accredited nursing program. Current and unrestricted RN license in [State]. Minimum [X] years of experience as an Operating Room Nurse, preferably in plastic surgery or a similar field. Proficient in preoperative, circulating, postoperative, and scrubbing techniques.
