Direct message the job poster from Community Care Rx The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Community Care Rx NJ will serve as a vital bridge between the pharmacy and the client, providing both clinical support and client service oversight. Based in Totowa, NJ, this position is ideal for a compassionate, detail-oriented healthcare professional who thrives in a role that combines patient care, communication, and account management. The LPN will act as a liaison between clients and the pharmacy, ensuring that communication is clear, timely, and effective. In this capacity, the LPN will take ownership of client relationships—responding to concerns, addressing service needs, and proactively following up to ensure satisfaction. The LPN will also serve as an account executive, overseeing quality assurance activities related to client services and ensuring that all pharmacy deliverables are aligned with client expectations and needs. Additionally, the LPN will: Conduct regular follow-ups to resolve client inquiries or service requests. Monitor client satisfaction and identify areas for process improvement. Serve as a primary point of contact for designated accounts, ensuring continuity of care and high levels of client engagement. Collaborate with internal pharmacy staff, prescribers, and other healthcare professionals to streamline service delivery and promote a seamless client experience. Attend and represent corporate events. This is a client-facing role that requires a high degree of professionalism, empathy, accountability, and communication skills. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who takes initiative and builds strong, trust-based relationships with clients. Qualifications Licensure: Valid LPN license in the state of New Jersey. Education: Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program. Experience: Previous experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is preferred. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a team environment. Certifications: Current CPR certification; additional certifications may be required.
