This is accomplished by processing requests; routing officers for court appearances; providing information to municipal court; assisting officers; receiving, reviewing and processing information; responding to requests and inquiries; assisting with auction information; and preparing and filing reports. Responsibilities:
Assists customers by responding to requests and inquiries; assisting with open records requests; and recommending courses of action for citizen requests. Tracks information by preparing, processing and validating information submitted; entering data; preparing and submitting reports; and advising personnel of regulations. Maintains records by reviewing reports submitted; entering information; attaching documents to reports; and filing. Acts as court liaison by routing officers to court; furnishing documents; maintaining the court system; and contacting officers for appearances.
Minimum Requirements:
High School graduation or equivalent Two years of customer service experience
Skills:
Knowledge of public information act, related legal opinions and state retention guidelines Skill in the operation and use of standard office software which includes databases and presentation programs, along with standard Microsoft products Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, with co-workers, the public, and elected and appointed officials #J-18808-Ljbffr
