Minimum Requirements:

Proven experienced phlebotomist. Valid driver's license. Valid Auto Insurance. Excellent customer service & communication skills. Knowledge regarding HIPAA/PHI law. Detail-oriented with sound organizational skills. Professional, responsible, and a self-starter with excellent attention to detail and good penmanship. Reliable transportation is a must.
