Job Summary Arbor Serv is a tree and lumber business in Lithonia. We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Operations Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide support to our office employees, ensuring they have all the information and resources they need to perform their best. You will also support the Operations Manager. Administrative Duties Phone and Calendar Management Meeting Scheduling and minutes Memos, Emails and other correspondence Other Office Management duties Operations Duties Driver Management Managing fuel levels and usage Managing driver load, slips and reports Scheduling pick ups and deliveries Tree work estimates Weekly reports Other duties may be assigned based on business need.
