Responsibilities
Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring the highest level of service and guest satisfaction. Manage and lead the front-of-house team, providing training, coaching, and performance evaluations. Collaborate with the kitchen team to uphold culinary standards and seamless service. Monitor inventory, control costs, and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
Qualifications
Experience in high-volume, upscale casual dining or an equivalent service environment preferred. Experience in a leadership role. A great attitude and work ethic. High energy and stamina. Able to work within a fast-paced, highly mobile environment. Able to stand and walk for up to 10 hours per day preferred. Able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
